We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote Pantera to businesses in Miami. Your role will involve visiting local establishments, explaining the benefits of our app, and assisting them with enrollment. If you are a people person with a passion for sales and technology, this is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping businesses grow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach to businesses in assigned areas.
- Educate business owners on the benefits of joining Pantera.
- Build strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed enrollment targets through consistent outreach.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, B2B sales, or field sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting sales targets.
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain new technology.
Nice to have
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
